The Kitchen Alchemist is a three-part, hands-on workshop series created to help us slow down and reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within our kitchens.

Together, we'll explore ancestral foods such as maize, cacao, beans, squash, nopales cactus, achiote, amaranth, herbs, spices, and honey while learning simple ways to bring more intention into the everyday act of preparing and sharing food.

This isn't about becoming the perfect cook or adding another complicated ritual to your life.

It's about remembering that food can nourish more than the body.

It's about knowing where our food comes from, honoring the hands and communities that continue carrying these traditions, remembering our own family stories, and becoming more intentional about what we want to pass forward.

Each 2-hour gathering will include storytelling, ancestral-food education, hands-on kitchen experiences, reflection, food or drink preparation, and a closing cacao circle.

We'll work with masa using our hands, shape tortillas, cook together, and reflect on a simple but powerful question:
